ON SHIPPING
Does chicdecent.com ship overseas?
Yes, we are a sourcing and cross-border online operator and ship orders overseas. And our products are produced in mainland China where the supplying chains are integrated and compliant. And our shipping cost varies depending on the destinations and will be applied at checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive your Order Confirmation Email as soon as we've received your order. Please allow at most 1 week for your order to remain in the PROCESSING stage, after your order has been processed. *This does not mean we have not received your order. Your order is being prepared or manufactured, and readied for shipment*
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use the major carriers and local courier partners who has the strongest service line at the destinations. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
How to track my order status?
Once we get your order fulfilled, a unique full course traceable tracking number would be linked to the regarding order under your account page. Just click it for the processing and shipping status.
Or you could copy the tracking number and search it via www.17track.net, same reports would come to you for the follow up.

While coming soon products, means those products are under procurement or on the way to be in warehouse. Free gifts are generally made from products of last stocks upon internal transfer, and they are not visible at storefront.
